Welcome to Tiny Genie. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of tinygenie.in (the "Website") and your purchase of products from Tiny Genie.

1. About Tiny Genie

Tiny Genie is an online store offering educational, wooden, Montessori and other children's toys and related products.

If payment has already been made for an order cancelled because of an incorrect price, the amount paid for the cancelled order will be refunded.

After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation by email, SMS, WhatsApp or other available communication channels.

An order confirmation does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted.

Tiny Genie reserves the right to accept, reject or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including due to:

• Pricing or inventory errors
• Incorrect customer information
• Suspected fraudulent or unauthorised transactions
• Delivery limitations
• Technical or operational issues

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will initiate a refund of the amount paid for the cancelled order.

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when placing an order.

This includes:

• Mobile number
• Email address
• Shipping address
• Billing information, where applicable

Tiny Genie is not responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your order information, please contact us as soon as possible.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment service providers, including Cashfree Payments.

By making a payment through the Website, you agree to comply with the applicable terms and conditions of the relevant payment service provider.

Tiny Genie does not store your complete card, UPI, banking password or other sensitive payment credentials on its own systems.

9. Shipping and Delivery

We will make reasonable efforts to dispatch and deliver orders within the estimated timeframe communicated on the Website or during checkout.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our reasonable control, including:

• Courier delays
• Weather conditions
• Transportation disruptions
• Public holidays
• Address-related issues
• Regulatory or other unforeseen circumstances

Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery is also subject to the courier's processes and timelines.

10. Cancellation, Returns and Refunds

Cancellation, return and refund requests are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy.

In general:

• Cancellation requests should be made before dispatch.
• Damaged, defective or incorrect products should be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
• Change-of-mind returns are generally not accepted.
• Customers should not send products back without first contacting Tiny Genie.
